The problem
Onboarding ends the day it's scheduled to end.
You run a session. You share a deck. Two weeks later the same five questions land in your inbox, and the people who never asked are quietly doing it wrong. Nobody knows which is which, because “completed the training” only ever meant someone sat through it.
The work happens in the software. So the teaching should too.
How it runs
Four moves, and you're done building it.
One
Record it once
Do the flow yourself while the extension watches. That becomes the draft path.
Two
Set the criteria
For each step, say what has to be true on the page for it to count.
Three
Send the link
Your team installs the extension and opens the path on the real software.
Four
Watch it land
See which steps were verified, and where people are actually getting stuck.
What you can say afterwards
Nine people built a report on their own account.
Two got stuck on the sharing step, and it's the same step both times.
The guidance is still there next week when they forget.
What we won't claim
That your team learned faster. We don't measure that.
That training time drops by some percentage. We'd be making it up.
We can tell you a step was verified against the page. That part is real.
Build the path once. Let it stay with them.
Free to install. Partly open source. Beta opening soon.
