Client Responsibilities

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual project agreements. Generally, we require a deposit before work begins, with remaining payments due according to project milestones or upon completion. Late payments may incur additional fees.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients will own the rights to custom work created specifically for their project. FAR CNCPT retains rights to general methodologies, techniques, and any pre-existing intellectual property. We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

Limitation of Liability

FAR CNCPT's liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific project in question. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Termination

Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice. In case of termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
