Privacy Policy
The short version. This site is a brochure. It has no accounts and no login. We collect what you type into a form when you choose to send it, plus privacy-friendly page analytics that do not use cookies or follow you across the web. We do not sell data and we run no ad networks.

1. Who we are
FAR CNCPT is a consulting and product studio. This policy covers farcncpt.com — the site you are reading. It does not cover the FAR Xplor browser extension or the FAR Xplor platform, which are covered separately at farxplor.com/privacy.
2. What we collect
What you send us. Our contact form asks for your name and email, and optionally your company, a topic, and your message. We receive exactly those fields and nothing more. They are used to answer you, and we keep the correspondence so we have context if you write again.
Booking a call. If you book time with us, scheduling is handled by Cal.com. Your name, email and the details you enter when booking are processed by them and sent to us so we can confirm and attend.
Page analytics. We use Vercel Analytics to count page views and see which pages are read. It is cookieless, it does not build a profile of you, and it does not track you across other websites. We cannot use it to identify you.
Server logs. Our host records ordinary request logs, including IP addresses, for a short period. This is how the site is kept up and how abuse of the contact form is limited.
3. What we do not collect
- No accounts, no passwords — there is nothing here to sign in to.
- No advertising or cross-site tracking identifiers. We run no ad networks.
- No cookie banner, because we set no tracking cookies to ask you about.
- No selling or sharing of personal data with data brokers. Not now, not planned.
- Nothing from your browser beyond the page you are on while you are on it.
4. Who processes it
- Vercel — hosting, page analytics and server logs.
- Resend — delivers the email your form submission becomes.
- Cal.com — scheduling, if you book a call.
That is the complete list for this site. These providers process data on our instructions and may not use it for their own purposes.
5. Retention, your rights, and where we are
We keep correspondence for as long as it is useful to the conversation, and delete it on request. Analytics are aggregate and are not tied to you. Our servers are in the United States; if you are in the UK or EEA, writing to us means your message is transferred there, under the standard contractual clauses our providers offer.
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or ask us to stop emailing you. Write to privacy@farcncpt.com and we will action it within 30 days. You do not need an account or a form to do this.
6. The extension is covered elsewhere
The FAR Xplor browser extension can read the content of pages you ask it about, which is a materially different question from anything on this website. It has its own policy, written against what the extension actually does — including the browser permissions it requests and why, what is sent to our model provider, and what is never retained.
Read it at farxplor.com/privacy. If the two documents ever appear to disagree about the extension, that one governs.
7. Children
This site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
